Jaffa Drizzle Cake

I love this cake as its very quick, moist and fool proof. It’s on the Good Food website as a loaf but it works just as well in two 7″ round sandwich tins. You eat one and freeze the other! I baked mine for 30 minutes at 150’c fan.

Jaffa Drizzle Cake
140g butter, softened
200g self-raising flour
11⁄2 tsp baking powder
200g golden caster sugar
4 medium eggs
6 tbsp milk
finely grated zest 1 large orange

To finish
3 tbsp orange juice
50g golden caster sugar
100g dark chocolate

I wasn’t very delicate with the chocolate “drizzle” on top and I used double the amount the recipe suggests.
